My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We’re sorry for the delay! You can track your order status by logging into your Goldsky account and visiting the Order History section. Alternatively, check your email for the tracking link provided at the time of shipment.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our delivery partners typically do not operate on public holidays. If your order is placed around a public holiday, it may experience slight delays. However, you can check the estimated delivery date at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your pincode on the product page or during checkout. If your area is not serviceable, you’ll receive a notification before placing your order.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Next-day delivery is available for select locations and eligible products. During checkout, you will see the option for next-day delivery if your pincode qualifies or mostly it is possible in Delhi NCR.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is not required for delivery. However, for high-value orders or specific courier policies, a signature may be necessary. If you're unavailable, you can authorize someone to receive the package on your behalf.
