Yes, Goldsky provides international shipping. Please note that local customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price. The cost for international shipping varies depending on the destination.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, Goldsky is here to help with an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange for an exchange.
In the event of receiving a damaged product, initiate a return within 1 day from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will collect the damaged item from your address and replace it within 7 working days at no extra charge. If the product is out of stock, we will refund the full cost within 10 to 15 days. If our courier partner does not support pickup in your area, you may need to send the product back to us. In such cases, we will reimburse your shipping costs up to Rs 59 for every 500gms.
Goldsky does not offer refunds except in instances where a customer has been charged twice for a single transaction. In such cases, the duplicate transaction amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 15 to 20 working days.

Orders & Returns
To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please reach out to us via email at support@goldsky.in or call +91-8447780862. We will refund 100% of the payment. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. For cancellations after payment has been processed, contact us at the same email or phone number.
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation along with the order status. Tracking information will also be provided, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order every step of the way.
